I knew the Zeller’s through iron working. He was a great inspiration to my husband on life, marriage. He was a groomsman in our wedding in 1968. Terry Rowland ( my husband) passed in 2012 and Vern was listed as an honorary pallbearer. Lots of good memories with the Zeller family Prayers and hugs to all. Patty Rowland

As his first in-law, Vernon and I have been in each other’s lives for 47 years and my visit three ago ended with both of us saying “I love you.” It doesn’t get better than that. He fathered four kids who I will love forever. We shared both an appreciation of family history, being business owners, Rod and Gun, the Lake, talking about Faith and respect for mothers.
