Condolences to the Rayford family. May Jehovah the “God of Comfort” bring you comfort and peace at this difficult time (2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4). Your family are in our prayers.
Mr. Wendell Rayford lived (rented) from us during his tenure at Central H.S. in Hayti, Mo.
He would tell me about his wife Kathryn and his two daughters. I never had the pleasure of meeting Kathryn but from his stories I could picture this angel of a lady. May her soul find continued peace and love. Thank you Kathryn.

Mrs. Rayford was a beautiful person inside and out. She touched so many people with her gift of music. She was a role model to me and I appreciate her for showing me what it means to be a classy lady. I will carry many fond memories of her in my heart. I celebrate her living and her going home to be with God. She was a faithful woman who lived a beautiful life. Well done Mrs. Rayford!
To her family, we will keep you lifted up in prayer.

Mrs. Rayford was my fifth grade teacher. I loved
Her dearly. I have such great memories of
Singing in the grade school chorus. She’s one of
The reasons I became a teacher.
May angels sing her to her final rest.
My husband and I sang in her Spiritual Chorus and enjoyed doing so and very much enjoyed spending time with Kathryn. She was a very talented woman in many ways. She was a good Christian lady and I admire her and want to be like her in her walk with the Lord. When I cross over that Deep River into the promised land I hope to see her again. I love you Kathryn and will miss you very much.
Kathryn was & always will be my favorite resident. I was lucky to get to know her & will treasure her always. With her quick wit & boldness, you always knew where you stood with her. She called me her “girl” and she was mine. I will forever remember her as a kind, patient & unique person who always made me laugh. I miss taking care of her in ways that still surprise me. My heart goes out to her family who she loved very much. I love & miss you Kathryn…
