In addition to having a green thumb, Beth enjoyed cooking and sewing and showed her love through the things she made and shared. She will be remembered for her humor and the deep love she had for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Koch.
Beth is survived by her children: daughter Mandy Gasich (Lorne Jackman); son Greg Koch and his children, Peyton and Kendall; and daughter Corey Koch (Kerry Fishel) and her children, John-Emery and Josie.

In lieu of memorial gifts, please remember to give your people "one ringy-dingy" when you get there safely, close your curtains at night, and take a nap.
