I remember years ago I travelled 4 hours to Missouri, and when I got to Brenda and Darrell's house, my steering wheel was completely loose. So Dar got underneath and rigged a temporary repair on it. He tied it together with a zip tie. It worked so well that I have never gotten it fixed. Darrell could fix anything. He was such a hard worker. His passion was his family...Brenda, Jody, and Matt, and his three grandchildren whom he longed to be there for and watch grow into adults. They won't forget him, though. One day they will be able to feast with him at the banquet Jesus will be hosting. I look forward to that day and seeing that precious reunion.
