William Sheley, 83, of Columbia passed into eternity on Thursday September 20, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be held at Saturday, September 29, 2012 at H.T. May and Son Funeral Home in Columbia, with burial in the Memori Read Obituary
Prayers go out to Mrs Helen & the entire Sheley family. May the Lord continue to hold you in his loving and everlasting arms. Look up to the heavens and smile!! To The Sheley Family, May God keep his loving arms around you. Mr. Sheley will be truely missed, I can not remember a time of being in his company that he could not keep me from laughing from the conversations of the columbia of old, He either knew your parents, one or both and could tell you something about them that would be a lasting memory for him. He would always say to me I remember when your dad and I used to run together, the story was always filled with laughter of those good old days. Know that God only picks the most beautiful flowers from earth to keep his heavenly mansion beautiful.

I knew Bill, working at Boone Hosital…he was a great person.
His smile was always there and ready for all. It was a good
