William Payne Jr., 89, of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Boone Hospital in Columbia. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church at 12PM. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM on Saturday at the church.
