I just wanted to say I was sorry for your loss.
I played Pop Warner football with both Dan and Pat Lennon. I remember swimming in the pool during the summer. I and my family took golf lessons from Bill Lennon their Father. The last time I saw Danny, Pat and the others in the family was when Bill was killed. So,it has been a long time. Danny and I both graduated High School in 1968. I am sorry I just noticed this recently. Regards........John Cappasola
Danny and I were good friends in Venice Beach where we attended Saint Mark's Catholic School. Every time I went to his house it was always buzzing. We had a lot of fun together and it was a blessing to be his friend for a while My best regards to his family and friends. Mark Joyner
So many happy memories… I will miss Dan. Forever a bright light in our lives. Much love to Ginny, Emma, and Noah.
We met Dan for the first time just a few weeks ago. He and Ginny attended the wedding of our son and daughter-in-law. Dan was the godfather of our daughter-in-law.
We found Dan to be especially approachable and by the end of the first night of meeting him we were playing guitars and singing together. He had a fine, tenor voice! We also shared Missouri stories as Laura and I recently relocated after 22 years of living in Missouri. He commented how much he and Ginny enjoyed living in Columbia.
Although our paths crossed for just a few days we had the feeling we had known Dan and Ginny for many years. Our deepest sympathies to the surviving members of this loving family. He was taken far too soon.

I was privileged to work with Dan as he served on the Travel South USA Board of Directors. His sharp wit made me laugh and his kind heart was very appreciated. I truly admired his love of Missouri, the people, the tourism industry and his wickedly smart marketing strategy. He was a wonderful man and from his friends and fellow Board members in the South- Rest In Peace my friend.
I worked for Dan for 10 years I was so lucky to know this incredible human being who always shared his kindness and love for all other humans. Dear Lennon family my hearts breaks for you and we were all so lucky to have him in lives. RIP dear friend
My heart is broken💔. Dan and I became friends in 1962 when I first came to Venice and St Marks. He included me in so many things and it made me feel totally welcome to “Harding”. The Lennon Family became my second family. Going to the beach house, Crestline, Venice Beach, marathon basketball games in the driveway, epic whiffle ball and football games in the back yard, “concerts” in Pats room, and so many others. An early memory with Dan was somehow he “reserved” the family room and we watched “The 3 Faces of Eve”. Just the two us. The movie scared us so completely that we were both sure that each of us was taking over the other’s brain! I ran home with sparks coming off my Keds! He will live in my heart forever!
