Trudy Dorman's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Trudy Boggs Dorman on December 14, 2022, at Ashley Manor Care Center. Graveside services will be held at 4PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the Higbee City Cemetery with Pastor David Mackey officiating. A celebration of Life service will be held immediately following the service at the Higbee Lions Club.
Trudy Boggs was the youngest of eight children born to James and Evelyn Woods Boggs. Trudy was faithful to God until the very end.
Trudy grew up in Higbee, MO, where she graduated in the Class of 1981. After graduating she moved to Springfield, MO, where she lived for several years. Recently Trudy moved back to the area to be with her family. Trudy's love for God and family is what drove her will to live. Her last wish was to be home for Christmas, and it is exactly what she did. She passed away knowing she was loved and going to a better place.
Trudy was preceded in death by her father James Elmer Boggs and brother-in-law Mark Kirschman.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Evelyn Woods Boggs of Higbee, MO. her brother James Boggsie Boggs (June) of Higbee, Mo, her sister Rita Boggs Lyons (Tony), of Higbee, MO, her sister Janet Boggs Mealey (Bill) of Higbee, MO, sister Brenda Boggs Dougherty (Harry) of Clark, MO, brother Ernie Boggs (Tammy) of Higbee, MO, brother Delmar "Bo" Boggs (Penny) of Moberly, MO and sister Judy Boggs Kirschman of Prairie Home, MO.
