Born October 25, 1960, in Boonville, Timothy was the beloved son of the late Joseph Jones and Josephine Perry.
TJ was one of the original five that started UOI back in 1993. His love for basketball, babies, music, cards, sunglasses and writing utensils were quickly noticed and became his signature traits through the years.
TJ was well known in his community. TJ never knew a stranger and greeted any and all he encountered and all that walked through the doors. Not only known as the greeter but the giver of the best hugs and back pats. TJ was the life of the party, and his laugh brightened any room and everyone’s day. TJ was known for his contagious smile, his helping hand and love for all. Not only did TJ steal everyone’s belongings he also stole the hearts of all that knew and loved him especially his UOI family. TJ’s legacy will live on in the lives he has touched over the years. He was a pillar of UOI and will continue to be talked about for years to come. Gone but not forgotten.
TJ was preceded in death by his siblings Larry Perry, Dwight Jones, Veronica Jones, Patricia Kemp, and Becky Butner, along with his loving parents. Though their absence leaves an ache, Tim took solace in the memories they shared and the bond that will forever unite them.
He leaves behind his siblings: Jackie Jones of Boonville, Kathryn Smith of Boonville, Theresa Marshall (Don) of Boonville, and Bobby Jones (Mandy) of Pilot Grove. Tim’s memory will also be cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and an extended circle of friends who will always remember him for his generosity, humor, and love.
Timothy will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His spirit lives on in the hearts of all who loved him.
