Thomas Vaughn, 66, of Jefferson City, MO passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Second Christian church in Fulton at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be from 11-1 PM Saturday at the church.
