Tarryl W. Briscoe's Obituary
Tarryl W. Briscoe, 55, of Columbia, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020 at his home. Services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 4:30 PM at H.T. May and Son Funeral Home in Boonville. Visitation will be held from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the funeral home on Saturday.
On July 24, 1964 Tarryl W. Briscoe was born to the parent of Delores A. Briscoe and John W. Briscoe in Los Angeles, CA. In 1969 Delores and John Briscoe moved to Springfield, IL, with their 5 children. As Tarryl grew up in Springfield he attended Harvard Park Elementary, Jefferson Middle School, and Lanphier High School. Tarryl received a diploma from Lanphier High School and then later received certificate of Welding. Tarryl was a good father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to all. To many of he was known as “TURTLE”. Tarryl moved to Columbia, Mo in August of 2007 with family. Tarryl gained many friends while his time on this earth. Tarryl enjoyed playing cards, playing pool, dominos and being around family and friends. Many people also know that Tarryl was a kind and free hearted. On May 18, 2020 Tarryl W. Briscoe sunset while he was at home.
In his preceding in death were his mother Delores A. Briscoe, father John W. Briscoe, Grandmother Mable Camp, grandfather Luther Camp, Grandmother Mandy Briscoe, brother John William, auntie Cheryl Camp, Cousin Tracy Williams, Sister-in law Joyce Williams, and Nephew Michael Gales.
Tarryl leaves to morn his brother Kenneth W. Briscoe, brother Randall D. Lewis, sister Francine L. Duncan, sister Tracie L. Johnson (Alphonso Johnson) Brother Derick W. Briscoe (Angie Briscoe). Aunt Deidre Lucas and Kelly Camp, daughter LaShaunta Daniels, son Dionte Coleman, granddaughter Zionna Williams, girlfriend Patricia Fendly and host of nieces, nephews and friend and family.
