Sheri Williams' Obituary
Sheri Williams 53, of Columbia, MO., passed into eternity on Monday, March 12, 2018, at Boone Hospital Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 12:00 PM at St. Luke United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the church.

Sheri, which everyone knew as “Boo”, it was also her favorite saying to everyone she ran across. She was born February 25, 1965 in Bunceton, Missouri to the late Jacqueline Williams and Cecil Jerome Williams. She graduated in 1983 from Bunceton High School. She worked in the food/kitchen industry for over 20 years, leaving her last mark at Columbia College. You would either catch Sheri at the Boat gambling, playing cards, scratching lottery tickets or at Bingo. Sheri truly was the life of any party. You would not catch her sitting still for too long.
She leaves behind to celebrate her life one daughter, Shawnta Williams (Corey Simmons) of Columbia, Missouri; one Grandson, La’Javion Williams of Columbia, Missouri; one Granddaughter, Coriana Simmons of Columbia, Missouri; One great aunt, Anna Kelly of Columbia, Missouri; five sisters, Cecelia Gaines, Dinetta Kelly, Linda Williams, Marsha Williams, all of Columbia, Missouri and Cynthia Johnson of Memphis, Tennessee; One brother, Michael Williams of Boonville, Missouri; six nieces, Jacqueline Williams, Tanika Tatum, Nateasha Williams, La’Tara Roland, all of Columbia, Missouri, Ebony Gaines of Dallas, Texas and Anva Johnson of Memphis, Tennessee; five Nephews, Damon Gaines Jr., Jonathan Key, Joshua Kelly, and Michael Roland all of Columbia, Missouri and Gilbert Johnson of Memphis, Tennessee; several great nieces, great nephews, cousins, a special longtime friend, Valeria Brown, and a host of friends.
She proceeds in death with her parents, six uncles and seven aunts.
