Sara Hancock's Obituary
Love is unlimited. Love is kind. Love is forgiveness. Love means above all.
Sara was born in Columbia,MO on August 27th 1962. That was the day that her life started. Sara growing up was the baby of the family. Sara was the best mother she could be. The best friend anyone could ever want. The sweetest person and never met a stranger. Her life was not easy, she often found herself in battle after battle just to survive life. When she became a mother she allowed herself to love completely and effortlessly. She had 3 children, and then dealt with the loss of her mother. Sara would later come to love her step kids just as much as her own. As the years passed by she enjoyed many things such as listening to Country music countdowns, dancing in the living room singing George Strait. She loved her soap operas and would watch them daily, continuing the love for them like her mother had. She would cook meals for her family and teach her daughter some tips and tricks. She would watch basketball games in support of her younger son. She would learn about the navy and teach her youngest children about what their older brother was doing that made him an American Hero. She loved her family above all. She was a Survivor. She fought so hard to overcome struggles and she bested them all. She left this earth with family and friends by her side on March 1st 2024. Her family and friends will miss her so much.
She joins her brother Harold and mother Maurice, Niece Angela Hull, and Niece Jessica Gish.
She is survived by her sons Ryan kitchen and granddaughter Margo, and Justin Hancock and son Greyson. Her daughter Mallory Kitchen and fiance Zach Edens and granddaughters Einsley and Persephone. Step Daughters Angel Nicole and granddaughters Michelle and Harleigh and great grandchildren Ava, Kingston and Ivy. Step daughter Tara, adn grandchildren Luke, Maggie and Ayriah. Her sister Susan Kitchen, and brothers Russell Kitchen and wife Ruth, and Steve Kitchen and wife Linda. Sara has left behind many friends and family that love her dearly.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date thanks to the donations made to the GoFund me donation page.
