Regina will be fondly and lovingly remembered for her quiet, kind and fun-loving spirit. In her younger years, she enjoyed riding bikes, skating and dancing. She was a lifelong devoted member of the Catholic Church and had a firm faith in God. Regina had strong family values and enjoyed spending time with her immediate and extended family, whom she loved dearly. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she progressively lost many of her physical abilities, yet her sweet, loving spirit endured.
In 2012, she began residing at the Ridge Crest Nursing Center, where she enjoyed socializing and attending activities, including playing board games, bible study and bingo, which she was particularly fond of. While living there, she looked forward to occasional care packages and daily phone calls to, or from, her Aunt Sarah Parker “to thank God for another day.“ Regina, or “Gigi,” as she was affectionately referred to, was well loved, respected and will be greatly missed by friends, other residents and caretakers at Ridge Crest Nursing Center. The family is forever grateful for the care, kindness and love she was given by their staff.
