Peggy Edwards, 65, of Columbia slept into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at her home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Williams C. Harris Funeral Home in St. Louis, MO. at 12:00 PM, Visitation will be from 11-12PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Peggy Edwards was born December 19, 1953, in St. Louis, MO., the daughter of Cloud Rainwater Edwards and Dora Edwards. She attended Vashon High School. She loved to play cards with family and friends. Her favorite song was "Juicy".
She leaves to cherish her memory One daughter Belinda Edwards of Columbia, MO., one son Donovan Edwards of St. Louis, MO., two sisters Jackie Edwards and Pamela Edwards, four brothers Charles Edwards, Gregory Edwards, Michael Edwards and Jeffrey Edwards all of St. Louis, MO., one daughter-in-law Marlene Edwards, seven grandchildren Christopher Edwards, Antonio Edwards, Oceanna Edwards(Marquez Dampier), Timothy Midgyett, Ayanna Sutton, Jerron Key and Tiona Edwards, five great-grandchildren Da'Carrius Dampier, Elijah Bell, Marquez Dampier, La'Veah Edwards, and Christahna Holloway, and a set of twins on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers James Edwards, Kenneth Edwards, and DeWayne Edwards, and four sisters Linda Clark, Brenda Edwards, Stephanie Edwards and Patricia Edwards.
