Paul Henderson's Obituary
Paul Henderson, 65, of Marshall, slept into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, December 10, 2017, at the Living Center in Marshall. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11 AM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Marshall. A visitation will be held from 10-11 AM at the church. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Higginsville Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri.
Paul Henderson was born on October 5, 1952, in Marshall, Missouri. Paul was the 7th child born to the union of William H. Henderson and Nevada M. Shannon Henderson.
Paul was a native of Marshall and received his education in the Marshall Public Schools. After graduating from high school Paul enlisted in the Military and served 3 years in the United States Army.
Paul accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He retired from Con Agra in 2015.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter Nicole Henderson and son Paul Jr. and several grandchildren all of Illinois, one sister Zeda (Cleophas) Roberson of Columbus, Ohio, four brothers, William "Mike" (Susan) Henderson of San Leandro, California, Harry Henderson of Nelson, Missouri, Clarence Henderson of Marshall, Missouri who was his caregiver, and Clyde (Alice) Henderson of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Special Nieces and Nephews: Trice Henderson of South Dakota, Chastity and Jeremeny Williams, Elisha Dotson, Nali Cowherd, Eric Mays, Taia Mays all of Marshall. Special Cousins: Clara Mae Parson of Springfield, Illinois and Gladys Guthery of Pontiac, Michigan.
Paul was preceded in death by both parents, and two brothers George Ella and Raymond E. Henderson.
