Patricia Ditto's Obituary
In loving memory of Patricia Jean Kunkle Ditto, we bid farewell to a remarkable soul who touched the lives of many. With heavy hearts, she passed on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Fair View Nursing Home in Sedalia.
Patricia was born on January 14, 1934, in North Kansas City, MO, to William Darwin and Sylvia Luella Nelson Kunkle. Throughout her life, Patricia embraced the wonders of the world, finding joy in traveling, camping, and spending winter months in the south. Her adventurous spirit was a testament to her zest for life.
In her professional life, Patricia dedicated five years of service at Fuqua Homes, leaving an indelible mark on those she worked with. But it was in her role as a mother that Patricia truly shone. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in her five children: Rhonda Ditto of Columbia, MO, Sandra Jean Towne (David) of Lee's Summit, MO, Randy (Barbara) Ditto of Sedalia, MO, Joe Ditto (Frances) of Sedalia, MO, and Jeff (Elaine) Ditto of Boonville, MO.
Patricia's love extended beyond her immediate family, encompassing her eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She cherished each and every one of them, watching them grow and showering them with affection. Her presence in their lives will forever be cherished and her memory will live on through them.
In addition to her family, Patricia had a passion for celebrating Halloween and expressing her creativity as a Poetic Clown. She brought smiles and laughter to those around her, brightening their days with her whimsical spirit.
As we say our final goodbyes to Patricia, let us remember the joy she brought to our lives. May her love, warmth, and adventurous spirit continue to inspire us as we navigate life's journey. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Patricia.
