Prior to the service, there will be a visitation from 12-12:30 PM, where we can come together to share our fondest memories of her. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Riverside Christian Church.
Pamela Jo Land Mansell was born on August 11, 1959, in Fayette, MO, to Robert and Joyce Reinbold Land. A member of Riverside Christian Church for many years, she found a sense of community and belonging there. Pamela had a diverse and fulfilling career, having worked at various local establishments including Nordyne Manufacturing Company, The Heel Factory, The Bobber Restaurant, Isle of Capri Casino, and the Boonville Public School System. She also managed Stockman's Motel and fondly remembered her very first job at Big John's Restaurant.
Cooking was one of Pamela's great loves, and she took joy in preparing meals for her family. One of her favorite pastimes was playing Bingo, where she enjoyed the thrill of the game and the laughter with her friends. Most importantly, Pamela treasured the time spent with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
Pamela leaves behind her loving husband, Terry Mansell, her mother, Joyce Land, and her siblings, Gary Land (Pat) and Carlena Klusmeyer. She is survived by her children: Eric Distler, Brad Distler (Angela), and Natalie Robertson (Scott), along with eight adoring grandchildren—Emily (Paco), Jacob, Landon, Maddy, Rylen, Easton, Joy, and Ryder—and three precious great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Land, and her brother, Mike Land. Though we grieve the loss of Pamela, we are forever grateful for the love and joy she brought into our lives. Her spirit will live on in our hearts and memories, reminding us to cherish each moment with those we love.
