Opal Louise "Odie" Farris, 91, of Boonville, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Tipton Oak Manor in Tipton, Missouri. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Opal Louise "Odie" Prewitt Farris was born November 30, 1928 in Green Ridge MO, the daughter of Harry Ray and Opal Oswald Prewitt. She married Earl Farris on September 17, 1952 in Boonville, MO and he preceded her in death on August 27, 2014.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Joyce(Keith) Hodges and her son David (Debbie) Farris, three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother Harry Prewit, and three sisters Gladys Anderson, Betty Jean Farris and Dorothy Rae Farris.
