Mancel Caldwell's Obituary
Mancel Caldwell, 88, of Boonville passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at his home. Graveside services will be private at the Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Mancel Lee Caldwell was born February 4, 1934, in Versailles, MO the son of William Orlando Caldwell and Ruth Irene Kidwell Caldwell. He was a veteran of the US Army. He worked many years as a route salesman for Prairie Farms. He loved to fish and spend time outdoors. He was big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son Brent Caldwell of St. Louis, MO, five sisters Margaret Knierim, Kathy Oswald, and Donna Winningham (Galen) all of Boonville, MO, Peggy Clay of Clark, MO and Carolyn King of Mississippi, a brother-in-law Duane McGuire (Debbie), and six sisters in law Gayle Lenger, Marlene Cottrell, Mary McGuire Judy Caldwell, Barbara Caldwell and Ginny Spark.
He was preceded in death by his parents his wife Ellen Caldwell, one son Kerry Caldwell, three brothers Bill Caldwell, John Caldwell, and Dean Caldwell, three sisters Maxine Caldwell, Marilyn Caldwell and Laverne Collins, four brothers in law Jerry McGuire, David McGuire, Dennis McGuire and Gregory McGuire.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Second Chance of Wooldridge in Care of H.T. May and Son Funeral Home.
