Linda Hudson's Obituary
On March 23rd Linda Kay (Foster) Hudson of Columbia passed away peacefully at her home with loved ones by her side.
Linda was born October 12th, 1946 to Kenneth and Doris Jean Foster in Columbia Missouri.
She graduated from Hickman Highschool in 1964. Linda was married to Richard (Rick) Hudson upon his return from Vietnam. They remained together 55 years, until her death. Together they raised two boys, Scott and Steve Hudson, both of Columbia.
Linda loved her family and together with Rick they raised their sons to follow the Lord and remember who they represent. Linda loved to travel the world, traveling to China and India and teaching English while at each location. Linda graduated from the University of Missouri with her Doctorate in Higher and Adult Education. Linda later opened a school for Internation Students again teaching English as a second language and giving her the opportunity to be a witness to as many students as possible.
Linda is survived by her husband Rick, sons Scott and wife Sarah of Columbia and Steve and wife Trisa of Columbia, grandkids, Steven, Mya, Lainy and Clair, a brother, Larry Foster and sister Becky Durham, and a niece along with many nephews. Linda was proceeded in death by her parents, and her granddaughter Emily.
Visitation will be on Thursday April 3rd at 3PM, C2 Church, Christian Chapel 3300 South Providence Road, Columbia, Missouri. Service immediately following at 4 PM.
