La-Vonda Carter, 58, of Columbia, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Boone Hospital in Columbia. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the Friendship Baptist Church at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be from 10-12PM Tuesday at the church. La-Vonda Carter was born on January 12 ,1965 to Faye Falles and Frank Betts . La-Vonda gained a bonus Dad in 1976 when Faye married Clinton B. Falles he survivors .
La-Vonda loved to talk about Jesus at an early age she was baptized in Kansas City , Mo
La-Vonda worked many jobs . Her last job was with CPS which she work for 20 years . After she work for Creative Child Care operated by her cousin Thedus Brewer and Althea Brewer .
La-Vonda enjoyed going to the fishing bank with her husband , traveling attending church functions . La-Vonda loved when her youngest son LaMarco graduate and went off to college she wouldn't have miss one of his basketball games . She loved having family functions over her house family was everything to her.

Jackson and one Great nephew JaShaun Jackson , Aunts: Jean Forest and Salma Betts , Uncles: Milton Henderson , William Henderson , Jimmy Betts , Herman Betts , Calvin Betts and William Betts .
