Juanita Parker's Obituary
Juanita Marie Parker, fondly known as Marie, bid farewell to the world on December 11, 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a vibrant soul of 54 years, and even though she left this earth, she leaves behind a legacy of loved ones.
Born on August 13, 1969 to the late Victor DWayne Grapes and her mother Juanita Frances Massey. Marie was a blessed mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and daughter. She was the person who always kept you on your toes and guessing what she was going to do next.
She is survived by her devoted mother Juanita Francis Massey. Her brothers Ray Grapes, Victor Grapes Jr. and Jerry Grapes. Her sisters Ilona Fiddler and Candy Morrow.
She is also survived by her daughters Amanda Miller, Sasha Parker, Jasmine Parker, Alesha Parker and Mercedes Mele along with her 13 beloved grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
When she wasn't busy talking to her loved ones Marie enjoyed spending time with her dog Elsie, hunting for hidden treasures at garage sales, cooking, doing crossword puzzles and listening to music. Her favorite artists were Prince and Bone Thugs and Harmony. Marie's will to live will always be remembered as well as her spitfire and bubbly spirit.
December 15th 2023 H. T. May and Sons funeral home located in Boonville, Missouri will be overseeing the magical transformation of Juanita's earthly form into eternal memories. Their caring staff will ensure that every detail is handled with the utmost respect and care. As we bid farewell to our beloved Marie let us honor her playful spirit by cherishing the light she brought to this world despite the darkness she struggled with. Let's embrace the puzzles that life throws our way, the new adventures made and never forget to sprinkle laughter and love wherever we go.
