Jaqueline Eubanks' Obituary
Jacqueline Ward Eubanks, 75, of Fayette, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. Services will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Second Baptist Church in Fayette. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm at the church on Thursday.
Born on May 19, 1949, in Fayette, MO, Jacqueline was the cherished daughter of Sherman Gaines and Orientha Ward. She was a dedicated and faithful member of the Second Baptist Church in Fayette, where her faith and community were central to her life. Jacqueline devoted many years to her career as a processor at Shelter Insurance Company, where her hard work and dedication were greatly valued.
Jacqueline was married to William Eubanks, her loving husband, who preceded her in death. Their love and commitment to each other were an inspiration to all who knew them.
She leaves to cherish her memory her brother Glen Ward of Fayette, her niece Janis Bultemeier (Adam) of Columbia, and her great-nephew Oliver Bultemeier and great-niece Harlow Bultemeier of Columbia. Jacqueline will also be remembered fondly by her cousins Bernard Ashcraft (Brenda) of San Leonardo, CA, and Lois Ashcraft of Florida, her niece Kim Ashcraft of Columbia, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her husband, Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman Gaines and Orientha Ward, her grandmother Theodora Ward, and her sister-in-law Kathryn Ward.
Jacqueline's warm heart, strong faith, and loving spirit will be deeply missed but forever treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
