J.A. Clarke Beattie's Obituary
J. A. Clarke Beattie of Columbia Missouri passed away April 13th 2017. He is best known in the world for the thousands of cherished pieces of jewelry he designed and created at Beattie Jewelers. He was an avid traveler, chef, and craftsman with a keen eye for detail in everything he created. As a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Navy, he was dedicated to his country and served 3 years when called. His laugh and his passion for life and beauty will be sorely missed by many, especially his children. Renee Taylor (Beattie) and John Beattie request any donations in his honor be made to the Central Missouri Honor Flight for veterans.
Memorial services will be held May 1st, 2017 at 530pm at The Crossing church.
