Haven Pennington's Obituary
Haven Tayler Ann Pennington passed away Monday, October 14th as a result of injuries from a car accident. Haven was a bright and cheerful young lady whom had so many friends. She attended Prairie Home High School, and The Job Core of Excelsior Springs, Mo which she finished with her high school diploma. Haven was also a member of the Jr. ROTC program. Haven loved photography, especially taking pictures of animals. Haven was also enrolled and getting ready to start Cosmetology School. Haven loved to sing, and she had a beautiful voice. Haven loved animals beyond belief. She would never hesitate to stop and pick up a stray and take it home to add to her collection, making sure it was well fed and loved. Haven had recently been working at Sisters of Supportive Living in Boonville. Haven leaves behind her mother, Jennifer Pennington of Prairie Home, Father Daniel Elliott of Columbia, and step father Brian Pennington of Boonville, as well as 2 brothers, Simon Micheal of Jamestown, and Codeylee Horn (Madisyn) of California, as well as her maternal grandfather Kenneth Horn of Jefferson City Mo., as well as her Aunt Amy Langlotz of Jefferson City, and her Aunt Lolo (Lori Ann) Loesing (John), of Boonville. Haven was proceeded in death by her maternal grandmother, Rose Horn.
Visitation will be held at the H.T. Mays & Son Funeral home located at 405 Sycamore, in Boonville, Mo from 10 am to 12pm on Friday, October 18, 2019. Services will immediately follow. Burial will be at the California Missouri Cemetary located on the old Highway 50 in California Missouri, followed by a carry in dinner at the Lebanon Baptist Church located at 31557 McGirk Ave, California Missouri.
Donations can be sent to her brother Simon Michael 214 N Mill Street Jamestown, Mo. 65046, or brought to the funeral services, in memory of Haven. Simon will be handling all funeral expenses.
