Harold Maurice Spruell, 61, of Gravois Mill, MO, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. Services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 11 AM at Burns Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Sedalia. The visitation will be held from 10-11 AM at the church.
Harold Maurice Spruell 61 of Gravois Mills, Missouri formally of Sedalia, Missouri passed away Tuesday July 7, 2020 in a car accident.
He was born December 22, 1958 the second son of Robert Harold Spruell and Helen Herndon Spruell.
He attended and graduated from Smith Cotton High School and attended college in Texas. He also served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Quinn Chapel church here in Sedalia, Missouri. Maurice loved fishing, music of all kinds and played several instruments. He loved working on cars and doing anything different.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Helen Spruell, Sedalia, his loving companion, Deborah Cheatum, two brothers, Toney Spruell (Victoria) of Phoenix, Arizona, David Spruell (Dana) of Blue Springs, Missouri, one sister, Denise Spruell of West Palm Beach, Florida. Two daughters, Esther Cirilo of Philadelphia, PA and Tosha Kerr of Columbia, MO. Two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Several Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, and Nephews and a host of cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Harold Spruell and one brother, Marvin Spruell. Also preceded by several Aunts, Uncles and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
