Freddie McKee's Obituary
It is with incredible sadness that I must share with you, the passing of my only son.
Freddie L Mckee, 38 of Columbia MO passed away suddenly on July 8, 2020 at 11 Switzler Street in Columbia MO.
A private memorial was held on Saturday July 18, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery located at 1217 business loop, Columbia MO at 1 o’clock
I am heartbroken and devastated to learn that my angel, my shining star is gone forever. Freddie has always been and will forever be my angel, the joy of my life. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
Freddie was a history buff. He could talk to anyone on any level when it comes to history. He was a walking, talking, history fact checker for any history question you could think of. Freddie was also a humanitarian, he never met a stranger, and always took the time to help others in need. Freddie loved traveling the world, he loved his family, he loved his daughter Jayleigh so much, and he also loved spending time in Vegas. Freddie had many hobbies that he enjoyed. Electronics, computers, and telephone repair, along with his love and knowledge for classic cars.
Freddie will forever be remembered by his unforgettable smile, his kind words, the love he had for his family, he was such a friendly, likeable, funny person with a beautiful soul who had never spoken negative words about anyone.
Freddie leaves behind many to cherish his memory. His Loving Mother Doressia Mckee, of Columbia MO, His beautiful Daughter Jayleigh Rochelle of Fayette MO, His Sister Sherron Mckee of Columbia MO, His Grandmother who he dearly loved Helen Jackmon of Columbia MO, His Aunt Elesia Gallup of Raleigh Durham North Carolina, His Aunt Gabrielle Copes of Wichita KS, His Aunt Deanna Mckee of Columbia MO, His Uncle Edward Mckee, of Columbia MO. His Uncle Kevin Mckee of Wichita KS. Freddie was a son, grandson, wonderful father, brother, and nephew who leaves behind nephews, nieces and cousins that miss him deeply and absolutely loved him and will always hold him close to their hearts for ever and ever.
