Effie Williams, 79 of Columbia took flight to her heavenly home on Sunday, June 29, 2014 in Torrance, Ca. Funeral services will be held on Monday July 7, 2014 at 1 pm at Second Missionary Baptist Church in Columbia. A visitation will be held on Sunday July 6, 2014 from 5-7 pm at Second Missionary Baptist Church.
