Donzell Tolston, 30, of Columbia, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
Donzell Luerll Tolston Meeks,30, was born in Champaign, Illinois, on October 15, 1991, to Jasmin Tolston of Evanston, IL., and Lynner Meeks Sr. of Chicago, IL. Donzell was a bundle of Joy as a child. His beautiful smile was breath taking. Donzell attended Washington elementary school in Urbana. At an early age he accepted Christ at Canaan Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Tatum. His family later moved to Columbia, MO, where he attended Hickman High School.
Zell was preceded in death by his grandparents, Zaddie Tolston, Mary Bradley, and Leroy Meeks Sr.; two uncles, Jerry Davis, and Leroy Meeks Jr.; one aunt, Irma Harris; and his best buddy and friend, his brother, Dontay Tolston Meeks “Hadey DaGreat."
Donzell leaves to cherish his loving memories his parents, Lynner Sr., and Jasmine Meeks; his siblings, Latonya Tolston, Shaqula King, Mary Hamilton, Cassarious Meeks, and Lynner Meeks Jr. He also leaves to cherish his bright smile and amazing personality to his 5 beautiful children, Donzell Luerll Tolston Jr., Kristiana Tolston, Nomir Tolston, Jasyah Mikail Tolston, Willow Tolston, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins,and friends.Zell’s bright smile and vibrant spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him!
