Donna White, 84, of Versailles, MO, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at the Laurie Care Center in Laurie, MO. Celebration of Life services will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday, April 28, 2023, at the Glensted Methodist Church in Versailles, MO.
Donna White was born July 10, 1938, in Versailles, MO, the daughter of Edwin White and Tracy Ash White. Donna enjoyed dancing, crafting, tending to her flowers, gardening, mowing the yard and bird watching. The thing she liked the most was spending time with her children and their families. Bible study was very important to her as well. Her favorite bible verse was John 3:16.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children Jeannelle Carroll of Eldon, MO, Julia Peeper (Joe) of Williamsburg, MO, and Jolita Welch (Ed) of Cole Camp, MO, her grandchildren Rick Baslee (Amanda) , James Baslee (Tracy) and David Gilpin (Elizabeth) all of Eldon, MO, Charles Gilpin (Cara) of Springfield, MO, Rebecca Peeper (Thomas) of Paris, MO, Jackie Moyle (Jason) of Fulton, MO, Charles Peeper (Audrea) of Moberly, MO, Nathan Carroll (Kathy) of Sciotoville, OH, Thomas Carroll (Britney) of Boonville, MO, Lucas Welch and Valerie Welch both of Ashland, MO and Avery Welch of Columbia, MO, 24 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren with 2 on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Tracy White, her siblings Wanda Lee, Margarite, Carlos, Lloyd, Juanita and two infant siblings, her first husband Roger Carroll in 1993, her son Roger "RC" Carroll in 2018 and her grandson Tony D Townlain in 2005.
