Dianne Elaine Buckner's Obituary
Dianne Elaine Buckner,58, of Sedalia, MO. passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 26, 2016 at 2 PM at Burns Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Sedalia. A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the funeral home.
She worked at Swifts Poultry and Lamy’s for a short time. She loved to dance, listen to music, watch TV, and spend time with her grandchildren, family and friends. She attended CC Hubbard and Smith Cotton High School.
Dianne was the daughter of Henry “Cornbread” Harris and Jewel Marie Cochran both precede her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Shawn Pinkett of Blue Springs and Marion “Pooh” Cochran of Knob Noster, Missouri; one daughter, Latara Buckner of Sedalia, Missouri; one sister Julia Miller of Jefferson City, Missouri; four grandchildren, Keyonna Buckner, Kamaya Buckner, Jaron Marquel Hensley all of Sedalia, Missouri; and Rai De’ante Amore Pinkett of Kansas City Missouri; seven step grandchildren; two nephews, James Cochran of Sedalia, and Marvin Yancey of Jefferson City, Missouri and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends that she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by one brother Ira Cochran; and three sisters, Dorthea “Dena” Starks, Sandra Fulcher, and Wanda Byrd.
