We are very sorry for your loss and hope that the wonderful times you had with Lonnie can help lessen the hurt of his loss. Our hearts go out to you guys…Mrs. Mary Ratliff, Debbie and Pam.
Deacon Ratliff did the best with he got and that is what it is all about. Making this place a little better than he found it. His memory lives on. May he rest in perfect peace, and the family the courage to bear the loss, Amen.

Aunt Mary, Debbie and Pam, I am sorry I will not be able to attend the funeral today.
Uncle Lonnie and Aunt Mary have been trail blazers for our family for as long as I can remember. I appreciate the great memories I am left with of you (Aunt Mary) and Uncle Lonnie as a beautiful happy couple with beautiful children. Thank you for the warm embraces throughout the years from the first time I met all of you in Ripley, MS until today.
I will always remember Uncle Lonnie’s great smile and inviting personality. So wonderful to sit down and have a conversation with him. And I always walked away with a smile feeling so much better I had discussed the issue or conversational piece with him.
I can say, I was truly blessed to have spent time with such a great man. When I think of him today, I smile, because only wonderful thoughts of him come to mind.
Rest in peace my dear Uncle. Aunt Mary; hopefully the future will just be filled with the joyful moments and memories you two spent together during your long, happy journey.
Debbie and Pam, cherish the fact you had a wonderful, loving father. Who stood by you during your childhood, teenage, and adult years.
May God continue to bless the Lonnie Ratliff family.
Love,
Tony
