Craig Stephen Little's Obituary
Craig Stephen Little, 61, of Sedalia, MO passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
Some things about my brother:
Craig was born on October 12, 1962, in Flint, Michigan.
Craig was a very sweet brother to me. When we lived in our home state of Michigan, during cold winters waiting at the bus stop, he would put his back to the cold wind and have me stand in front of him, so that I would be blocked from the wind.
He graduated from Kearsley High School, Flint, Michigan, in 1980. Where he lettered in basketball and cross country.
Craig joined the Navy the summer he graduated 1980. He did his basic training in Pensacola, Florida. He was stationed his four yeas at Norfolk, Virgina. But travelled the world, and send me little gifts from different ports around the world. When he was discharged, Craig worked at Kmart, Hallmark, and Ford, until he became disabled. He lived in assisted living, where they loved and cared for him, until his sudden illness and passing.
Craig was so gentle, and easy to please. He loved going to Walmart, Starbucks, and Perkins. He absolutely loved the Chiefs, Royals, and Kansas Jayhawk basketball. He loved animals, and children.
He is survived by his younger sister, Beth Young of Independence, Missouri. Beth’s daughter, his niece Makena Young, and his close, dear friends, John and Sherri Pence of Liberty, Missouri.
There will be no services. Craig’s wishes were to be cremated.
