Claudine Burnett, 58, of Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held on Sunday September 4, 2022 at the H.T. May and Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11-12:30 at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 pm.

Claudine Burnett was born November 16, 1963, in Columbia, MO, the daughter of Jesse Cason and Ernestine Rucker.
Claudine was beautiful soul who loved the Lord and had professed a hope in Christ. She loves spending time with her family especially the children who she loved being surrounded by. Claudine loved good music and she absolutely loved to dance when her favorite song would come on. She was married to her loving husband for a total of 35 years. Claudine was straight forward and would tell you exactly how she felt on any subject. We will all love and miss her dearly. Claudine also had a compassion for entrepreneurship and writing.

Jermareian Gillette of Texas, Jeremy Burnett of Columbia, MO, and J. Cason, three stepsons Robert JR Johnson and Nathaniel Bonaparte both of Columbia, MO and Raydell Brown of Kansas City, MO, five sisters Ernestine Cason of St. Louis, MO, Leona Cason of Columbia ,MO, Rose Cason of Kansas City, MO, Norylen Cason of Southeast, MO, and Virlee Cason of Kansas City, MO, two brothers Ron Cason of Kansas City, MO and Earl Cason of Jefferson City, MO, thirty four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Marian Sue "Sissy" Curtis and Darlene Cason, two brothers Jesse Cason and Eugene Cason and one son Jeremiah Cason.
