REST IN PEACE MOTHER SPENCE, I LOVE YOU.
Sister Christine will be truly missed. I can remember her at an early age singing at Wright’s Temple in the bottom. She also invited you into her home on Hackberry. She loved playing her piano and I can see her now sitting there singing “Little Church on the Hill”. That was one of her favorites to sing! She would bring the house down. Rest now Ms Christine and I know the Lord has a grand piano waiting for you to play. You are gone but never forgotten.
Sis Christine will truly be missed. I can remember growing up in the holy church, she loved playeing the piano. She was one of a kind and loved by many. She wanted to play the piano until the Lord called her home. Rest in the lords loving arms.
Sending our heartfelt condolences The Estes Family.
Christine was a beloved person in our Fayette community. Her colorful personality and spirit will not be forgotten in the Fayette world.
Our sympathy and prayers go to her family as they celebrate Christine’s entrance into the choir of angels.

Our heart goes to the family of Sis. Spence, and to the COGIC CHURCH FAMILY there in Fayette.
Our memories of all the days of labor in the music department there at Wright’s Temple and beyond, how Ms. Spence always wanted me to play for her or with her. But if I walked in the door there at the church, and she was on the piano, she would always get up and say to me, “son, here, sit down and play”.
Oh the wonderful times and years. May she rest in the arms a the loving Savior, and know that she has a Baby Grand there in Heaven somewhere around her Mansion.
From Sis. Dorothy Nadine & Eld. Robert Mitchell {formerly of Columbia Mo.}, may you the family know that you are in our prayers.
