Charles L. Williams' Obituary
Charles L. "Charlie" Williams passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Bristol Manor in Boonville. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday April 9, 2016 at the H.T. May and Son Funeral Home in Boonville. A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM at the funeral home.
Charles Leonard Williams was born July 23, 1946 in Bunceton, Missouri to Leonard Amos "Sleepy" Williams and Ora Lee Miller Williams.
Charlie grew up in Bunceton and graduated from Bunceton High School. After graduation he enlisted in the Army, training at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. After his military tours he returned home and worked at various jobs: McGraw Edison, Boonville Corrections, and Union Pacific Railroad, where he retired.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his sister Beverly A. Sims of Boonville, Missouri, Mrs. Hallie Williams his wife of Plainsville, Texas, stepchildren Sharonda and Kareem, Bryce and Shatika step children of Shella, Travis Conway son of Pamela Conway, daughter of Mrs. Helen Marie Williams, deceased. A number of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Ora Lee (Miller) Williams of Bunceton, Missouri, Mrs Helen (Charles) Williams of Boonville, Missouri, and brother Dennis Eugene Miller of Columbia, Missouri.
