Catherine Miller Moore, 61, of Slater passed away on Thursday December 4, 2014 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. Catherine Miller Moore, 61, of Slater passed away on Thursday December 4, 2014 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 13, 2014 at 2 pm at St. Paul Freewill Baptist Church. The visitation will be from 1-2 pm at the church.
Catherine Marie Moore, 61 of Slater, entered into eternal rest on December 4th, 2014 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri
She was born October 14, 1953 in Slater, Missouri, she was the daughter of Nannie Mae Miller and John Miller of Slater, Missouri. She was educated in the Slater School System. She was a member of St. Paul Freewill Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member for many years.
She worked at Rest Haven Home in Boonville, Missouri, and Marshall Habilitation Center for many years.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Samuel Wayne Moore of Slater, Missouri, her two daughters, Shonté Vonéz Jackson of Jefferson City, Missouri, Jasmine Nicole Moore of Slater, Missouri, her six grandchildren, Jordana Paige Moore of Jefferson City, Missouri, Zacchaeus Wayne Moore of Slater, Missouri, Larenz Wesley Moore of Slater, Missouri, Keron William Moore of Slater, Missouri, Javon Weston Moore of Slater, Missouri and LaShaun Winston Moore of Slater, Missouri. She also leaves her sister Barbra Hill of Slater, Missouri, two brothers Norman Miller (Linda) of Marshall, Missouri and Raymond Hockaday of Slater, Missouri, nephews Chrispin Hill (Ashley) of Slater, Missouri, Dominic Hill of Slater, Missouri, Roman Brown of Columbia, Missouri, Cousins Lawrence Logan of Columbia, Karen Enyard of Charleston, Illinois, Greg Logan of Columbia, Robert Logan of College Park, Georgia, her uncle Sam Logan of Slater, Missouri, and a host of sister in laws, brother in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by both parents, her grandmother, aunt, and two brothers Larry Miller and Vernon Logan.
