Carl Brown's Obituary
Carl Brown, 53, of Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 11 AM at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Columbia.
Carl Brown born June 20, 1966, to Helen and William "Willie" Brown Sr.
He attended Hickman High School and was a member of the marching band, he also attended Columbia College. He had a cameo appearance in the movie "Kansas". He not only called Missouri home but the states of Oklahoma, Florida, Kansas and Texas. His hobbies included skateboarding, dirt biking, riding motorcycles, racing cars, scuba diving and fishing. He held jobs in construction work, at restaurants as a cook and chef and in hospitality.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son Tyrell (Sylvia) Ketterman of Round Rock, Texas, grandchildren Tavaris, Tyrell II, Tamir, and Selah all of Round Rock, TX. He also leaves his sisters Wannetta Brown of Moberly, Miranda (James) Cade of Moberly, Reba Ann Brown of Columbia, and brother "Willie" Brown Jr, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, one great great niece and special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Helen and William Brown Sr., daughter Maryah Brown, and brother Kevin Brown.
