Cara Jill Smith-Jacobs' Obituary
Cara Jill Jacobs, mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many, left this Earth on 10/21/2018. Cara was born on 10/06/1963 in New York to Rhona Dansky and Matteo Capuano, who both preceded her in death. She was the youngest of six children and would go on to have a big family of her own. Her five sons were the center of her world and over the years, she would become a "second mom" to many others. She always had an open door, open ears and a smile on her face. She was known to make anyone who met her feel important and loved. It was her gift. She leaves behind her husband, Lloyd Jay Jacobs, her beloved boys, Ryan Kagiwada, Tyler Smith, Kyle Smith, Dylan Smith and Cameryn Smith, her daughter in law, Meghan Kagiwada, her two beautiful granddaughters, Samantha and Charlotte Kagiwada, a grandson on the way, her sisters, Amy Satloff, Francie LeFevre and Susan Satloff, her brother, Anthony Capuano, her niece, Marni Castillo, and her nephews, Matthew and Geoffrey LeFevre. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Satloff . Her family will miss her dearly, but will always remember how wonderful it was to be loved by her.
