To Jackie and family, sincere sympathy and prayers.
Jackie and family,
May God grant you peace during this difficult time. Cherish your memories, they will give you strength.
You are in our prayers,
Bob and Letha Scott
I met Arlin many many years ago as a young girl at my Aunt Judy's (Judith Baker), Matter of fact my mother "Oreta Siemens" named me after her and we had the same birth date too. I have very fond memories of visiting Aunt Judy and Grandma Martha in Marceline with my grandmother "Florence Siemens" which Grandpa Orville and Gram spelled their name differently as Simmons. I am sorry for your loss and know he was loved dearly by his family. Love, Judith (Judy) Ferguson Cady, Santa Fe Texas.
My sincere sympathy to Arlin's family. Just last week, Arlin crossed my mind (God's intervention) I asked a friend "does anyone ever see Arlin and does he still live in Booneville"? Arlin was a year ahead of me at Marceline High School and we were members together with our families at Bethany Baptist Church. Please know I am lifting you up in my prayers. Maxine (Riley) Smith
Arlin and I were first cousin's, on his mother's side. We, along with Linda and Betty, his sisters, and my brother, David, often played together when they would be visiting our grandma, Martha Siemens' farm. Then later, his oldest daughter and mine were close in age, and both of us were living in KC at that time, and they would visit us several times there. I and my husband, Doyle, surprised him once at Booneville, at his flower shop. Arlin was a rock for his family.
Russell and I are so sorry to hear of Arlin's passing. Russell has great memories. I met him only once and wish I had knew him more. Sending our thoughts and prayers and love your way.
We shared many laughs over the years. He will be missed by all who knew him and heard all his stories. Rest in Peace Arlin. Joe and Sherry Sanford.
