Anthony “Slick” Dixon, 63, of Grandview, Missouri formerly of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at his home. Services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Burns Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Sedalia.
Anthony “Slick” Dixon, transitioned from his earthly home on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Slick was born October 12, 1958, in Sedalia, MO. He was the third youngest of George Dixon and Maxine Hawkins, both who preceded him in death.
Slick never knew the meaning of stranger, for every person who crossed his path became friend and/or family. He enjoyed life to the fullest and was a lover of people, regardless of who they were or where they came from.
Slick was preceded in death by his sister Donna Dixon; Aunt Suza Mae Flipping and Joann Hawkins. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters Erica (Ricardo) and Jessica, son Nate; stepdaughter Lillian, stepsons, Raymond, William, Jordan & Brett, fourteen grandkids and four great grand kids; the love of his life Carol Ann; sisters: Denise (Alfonso), Christine, Sonya, and Michelle; brothers Dwight and Tony; and many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
