Almeda Bessie Clay's Obituary
Almeda Bessie Clay, 78, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at her home. Memorial services will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Alexander-May Funeral Home in Sedalia.
Almeda was born on July 24, 1942 in Sedalia, MO, the daughter of James and Bessie Jackson. She married Ronald Clay Sr. in 1967 who preceded her in death in 1975.
Almeda loved to have her family and friends over to listen to music and to cook and dance. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Almeda is survived by a special friend of eleven years, David E. Buckner of Sedalia, MO, her sister Alfreda of Fulton, MO, two daughters Vonda and Monique Clay, two sons Ronald and Junior Clay all of Sedalia, MO, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and eleven siblings.
