be planted as a memorial to the deceased, but if so, I was not made aware of a charge for the tree,nor the other charges that bumped up the price. I'm satisfied that the item delivered was a quality product..

I paid for the premium flower arrangement that was approximately $120 dollars and the funeral home was delivered the smallest arrangement. This was in honor of family that had passed very close together and when I arrived at the celebration of life I was very disappointed at the size and quality of the arrangement, especially after paying so much for such a small arrangement. I should have stuck with 1-800 flowers at least there I would have gotten what I paid for.

I contacted The Sympathy Store by phone. The rep. verified that a local florist had the flowers required for this bouquet. So, I placed the order.. The arrangement that was delivered to the Memorial Service was not even close to the picture shown. I emailed the Sympathy Store and sent a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they promptly replied. They offered me a partial refund or they would deliver a complimentary plant to the home. I chose the plant. When it was delivered to my cousin, she sent me a picture and to my surprise it was the beautiful bouquet that was shown in the picture. So, the Sympathy Store had a different florist design and deliver the original Pink Potpourri Bouquet! It was beautiful!!! If you order from them and aren't satisfied, please contact them. They will make it right!

The Sympathy Store made it so easy to choose just the right flower arrangement, especially being out of state. Having pictures and search criteria made it a very easy to make a purchase.
I was so impressed...and grateful that I did not have to call a florist and try to explain what I wanted.
The flowers were very much appreciated by the family and I was even sent a picture of the actual bouquet when she got them home to enjoy after the service.
