One of the best neighbors a person could ask for Roy was my number a many of years ago he is my first neighbor who would watch out for me and my kids I was a single mother back than of 3 and 1 being a new born my son played with his kids everyday and over all these years whenever I saw Ray he truly would embrace me you are truly gonna be missed my friend my neighbor RIH....
