Mia was a special young lady. She brought light to everyone she encountered. As a student of mine, she helped make class more interesting and was always ready to help her fellow students. I will miss her, and feel a loss knowing she is no loner with us. To her family and friends, my heartfelt condolences... knowing Mia, she is preparing things for the rest of us to enjoy with her when we meet again.

Mia & I started the same day at Target. She always had a smile & helped me when I didn’t know what to do. I was excited for her when she was accepted to nursing school. She would have been a compassionate & caring nurse. She will be missed by all of us at Target. She has a special place in my heart.
