My thoughts and prayers to the whole O’Bannon Family. I considered Scotty as one of my BEST FRIENDS. We worked together at Carl’s and then when I left anything I needed he was just a phone call away and there were plenty of them because I’m a widow and sometimes we do need a MAN’S help……He was strong, he was funny, he was always there for me. And when he started delivering the mail I had moved and low and behold his route drive him past my house at 8:10 every morning. Now that’s Karma ! Scotty, I loved you, I will miss you and I will NEVER forget you. God rest your soul my dear, dear friend. See you in Heaven one day! GOD BLESS YOU ! Roxanne

Scott was a great friend of each one in our family! We remember his love, great smile, and always offering a helping hand!
We were neighbors for several years, and have shared in watching Johnny and Shawn grow into fine young men and fathers! We are blessed to see his little grandchildren also!
