For 20 years I was so lucky to know a man that not only a man that not only became a friend of the family but someone that I could look up to asa father. Jim was a man that always opened his arms up to anyone, a person that you could talk to about anything. He always had words of wisdom and always a story to tell. He was a person that if you ever needed anything and you didn't get ahold of him and he later saw you he would ask "Why didn't you get ahold of me", always a man ready to drop what he was doing to help others. The only time it would be difficult to get to spend time with Jim was when he was spending time with his Grandkids. They were his everything. Not a day goes by that I don't remember seeing Jim somewhere and there was one of his Grandsons right behind him. They were his world. Where Grandpa was you were sure to see the Grandkids and even their friends. He was a man to always entertain the kids. Another thing I remember is his love for his wife. They had a love like no other. They would joke with each other all the time. He always brought a smile to her face. It didn't matter what kind of day you were having he always had a way to make you smile. Years ago when he married Faye he not only gained a wife, but he gained an entire family. He loved them all as his own. Faye, Diana, John and Tom. Words won't even express the sympathy I have right now for your loss. You guys have lost a great man. Please remember he's with you guys now everyday watching over you. You guys have a gained a wonderful Guardian Angel. You guys hold a special place in my heart. Love each and every one of you. Sending many prayers to you all!!!!
